Ractive Racing Seats & Accessories

Ractive has constructed a small line of seats with quality and affordability in mind. Each seat weighs approximately 32 pounds, features a quick-lever reclining system, and comes with sliders to move the seat forward/backward. Please check seat dimensions and read my review at the bottom of this page.

Since Ractive does not produce a line of "vehicle-specific" mounting brackets, we at Under Pressure Automotive have begun to make our own line of custom mounts that will easily bolt to your vehicles floor and allow you to mount any of the seats we sell (Ractive, Corbeau, Sparco, Weapon-R). Don't be fooled by other websites that say "the Ractive seats come with everything needed to mount them in your vehicle", because chances are you'll have to buy extra metal and fabricate your own custom mounts, or buy the mounts from us.

Brackets: Our line of brackets is growing with each sale. Each bracket is made from heavy gauge steel and can be sent to you as bare metal, or painted a rough / textured black. We might even offer some chrome ones soon. There are no welded parts. You will be provided with instructions, bolts, nuts, washers, and all the steel strips needed to fit your floorpan with ease. The final assembly and being sure everything is mounted solid lies in your hands and is your responsibility. As with most aftermarket performance products, these brackets are recommended for show and off road use only.

Dean's seat review:
My overall opinion on these seats are that they are a good deal. The foam is firm but comfortable. The fabric seems quite durable, and supposedly is very fade-resistant. The lower back however seems to be lacking lumbar support. This can be corrected with the purchase of an inflateable lumbar pad or just a piece of foam behind the stiching. As far as the size of the person, I would recommend these seats for people with a waist smaller than 38-inches.
